They include and explanation on each different item and some exercises to practise. The one on the picture, English Grammar in Use, is published by Cambridge University Press. Some other interesting options are: Oxford Practice Grammar , by OUP; Grammar Express, by Longman or The Heinemann ELT English Grammar, by Heinemann. They are those kind of books which, like a dictionary, will always be useful to you.
